Abasa optical in Clayton Heights (Hillcrest Village Mall, Surrey B.C) was born out of love and passion for fashion and eye care. We are a family of opticians, consisting of five members which represent the name ABASA as each initial identifies us individually. Each family member played an important role in making Abasa Optical an experience with loving care and a whole lot of cool.

Since the founders of Abasa, my parents, have retired, we three sisters continued with the passion and eye wear obsession. With 23 years experience and passion for the optical industry, as well as being the youngest in a family of opticians, it was in my blood to create a unique experience for my customers.

With the latest trends and fashion in eye wear we put emphasis on the rule that eye care can be something to get excited about. We take pride in helping customers in looking after their eyes, to expressing their individual personality with the latest trends and choosing the perfect frames to get their own unique style.

I moved to this area in Clayton Heights and decided that not only was it the ideal place and community that was so meant for me, but also my daughter as we both grew a liking to suburban living. In 2007, I decided to open an extension to our family legacy – the sister location in Clayton Heights community in the Hillcrest Village mall.

We have created a colourful eye wear boutique that fuses fashion, and a feel good destination that welcomes people in. We offer comprehensive eye exams and invite you to have fun, along with placing a priority on your eye health care. We look forward to assisting you with all your eye care needs.
